The registration deadline is July 3. After this deadline, meals cannot be guaranteed. You will receive an email confirmation.
A refund (less a $20 non-refundable registration fee) will be given for cancellations received on or before July 10. No money can be refunded for cancellations after this date, even if meals are not used.
In an effort to minimize wait times at the registration desk at Assembly, we ask for payment in advance. Please pay online at the time you register, or send your payment to the conference center by July 14.
The purpose of the registration fee is to help us cover the expenses of Assembly. In general, we ask everyone who participates in Assembly events to register and pay the fee. However, registration is not required to attend the evening worship sessions, or to attend only the Mennonite Men’s or Women’s breakfast.

If you prefer to register but not pay online, send checks payable to: “Virginia Mennonite Conference” with “Assembly” in memo line to 901 Parkwood Dr, Harrisonburg, VA 22802. Check should be received by July 14.
