The Church Worker Assistance Program is designed to help you with life’s challenges. Sometimes we experience problems that we cannot handle on our own. We may feel overwhelmed, depressed, nervous or anxious, and the feelings do not seem to go away. The program is not a guaranteed employee benefit but rather a program with funding available through an endowment managed by Virginia Mennonite Conference (VMC). Ministry Training Trust Funds Virginia Mennonite Conference (VMC) is pleased to offer financial assistance for ministers seeking financial assistance for education and training as they prepare for, or are involved in, Christian ministry, including pastors, congregational lay leaders, missionaries, and post-high youth sensing a call to Christian ministry. Funds are provided through several Ministry Training Trust Funds (MTTF) grants established by former VMC church leaders and/or their families. Packets and sign-in sheets for registered and paid delegates will be placed on the numbered tables. All others can register and pick up packets from the registration table in the Fellowship Hall.
