Job Announcement

The Virginia Mennonite Conference seeks applicants for the position of Conference Minister. The Conference Minister; i) provides leadership to promoting and supporting the vision and mission of Virginia Mennonite Conference and its forty plus member churches and ministries; ii) supports the work of the Districts and their respective District Ministers; iii) undergirds the health the Conference’s member churches and ministries as they follow Jesus in their local settings and seek to discern the Spirit’s leading; and iv) provides general oversight to the Conference’s administration and finances. Candidates must have a Master of Divinity or equivalent degree, ministerial credentials and theological grounding in the Anabaptist tradition. Experience should include significant pastoral ministry and other leadership roles. This is a .75FTE position with benefits.
