Celebrate Recover Webinar

Do you know of any persons in your congregation or community seeking healing and hope? Perhaps they struggle to overcome addictions, heal from past hurts, or recognize brokenness in their relationships but are afraid to confide in others about their deepest fears.

Celebrate Recovery is more than just a program; it’s a community of individuals dedicated to finding healing and hope from life’s hurts, habits, and hang-ups. It combines the 12 Steps of Addiction Recovery with the 8 Steps of Jesus’ Beatitudes and offers a safe and welcoming space to find support, encouragement, and practical tools for one’s journey to recovery. This is a Christ-centered ministry within your church and a mission to your neighbors.

A Zoom webinar introducing the Celebrate Recovery program will be held on Tuesday, April 23, at 7 pm.

Nate Carr will share how Jesus met him in prison and began to transform him through Celebrate Recovery. Margaret Michael, Assoc. Pastor of the 1st Nazarene Church, Harrisonburg, will describe their Celebrate Recovery ministry, including resources and steps to begin a Celebrate Recovery in your church and community. They will be joined by Jim Hershberger, pastor of Clinton Frame Mennonite Church, and Duane Beck, from the Interim Conference Leadership Team.

Cost is Free, but registration is required.
