The Leadership Enrichment Committee was drawn to this theme after two years of the challenges brought by the pandemic. During the crisis in leadership in VMC, persons have experienced trauma. We hope this space and theme will provide an opportunity to learn and heal and continue to be faithful followers of Jesus.
