Staff Opening

Virginia Mennonite Conference seeks an Office Administrator with gifts in administration and communication who aligns with the vision and mission of VMC. Administrative responsibilities include data management, multimedia communications, record-keeping, tracking finances, and planning details for conference assemblies.

This is a three-quarter time (.75 FTE) position starting as soon as candidate is available. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and retirement.

2025 Summer Delegate Assembly is August 21-23, 2025 at Ridgeway Mennonite Church. The theme is “Loving Boldly: Embracing the Jesus Way,” focusing on Matthew 5. The Thursday night public worship service will be focusing on Salt and Light. The Friday Delegate Bible study will focus on the Law of Love. On Saturday (Aug 23), we will be having a family activity morning at the Brethren Mennonite Heritage Center where we will be focusing on the Beatitudes.
